This place is very run down. If the manager doesn't like you she makes your life hell. She has the leasing agent do all the work and she hides in her office. There have been some improvements but not enough. Would NEVER recommend & cant wait to get out. If you like cats there are about 50 strays. It is a quite place to live that is the only thing that is good about it.
This park is beautiful....all the trees and large lots make it very homey and inviting. The kids park in the woods is a bit of unexpected Whimsey...and the managers are cheerful, fair, and they take care of things in a very timely manner. I am impressed!
So far my husband and I are very happy with our new home and highly satisfied with the management here at Swartz creek meadows. I recommend this place to anyone looking to buy/rent here at Swartz Creek Meadows.
Love it here, the management is doing an awesome job keeping things nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for a safe, clean place to live.
A big high-five to the Managers of Swartz Creek Meadows for having a wonderful Christmas Party for the residents. The food was incredible and we were all so happy that the children received a gift as well as the adults. Thank you for all your hard work, it is much appreciated!
